This idyllic residence is located at the mountain village of Yunquera, about 1 hour's drive from Malaga airport.
The home is an old olive mill that still contain several details from the mill and has a very charming rustic feel to it. The outdoor area consists of several terraces with views of the mountains and valley. Here there are orange, lemon and avocado trees, as well as various other trees, flowers and vines.
In the garden in front of the house, there is a pool and in the area next to the house there is a barbecue and sitting area, where you are surrounded by flowers, trees and vines.
There is no noise at all, as it is a cul-de-sac and the neighbors are far away.
One part of the house is built into the rock.
The town is above the house and there is only a 10 minute walk to shopping and restaurants. So you have the feeling of being in the countryside, as the building is below the cliff, but actually has a village very close.
To get to the house by car, you have to drive about 750 meters on a cemented mountain road.
