This HOLIDAY apartment is located in a well established urbanisation, beachside Sitio de Calahonda, just 200metres easy flat walk to the beach and promenade, two minutes more to the closest chiringuitos Royal Beach La Pirata and 10 minutes walk to a choice of supermarkets (Supersol, Lidl, Mercadona) as well as bars, restaurants and bus stops. There are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and there is a double sofa-bed in the conservatory room giving capacity for up to 6 guests. The conservatory opens out to the spacious southwest facing terrace with outside dining table/chairs for 6 guests and sunbeds. There is a split level lounge/diner with comfortable seating, flat screen TV showing a wide variety of international TV channels and dining table for the cooler months. Both bathrooms have a walk in shower, each room has hot/cold aircon as well as ceiling fan and there is high speed fibre optic internet. In the entrance hallway and utility area, you will find the washing machine and separate freezer, in addition to the refrigerator in the kitchen area (please note that there is no dishwasher). Completely equipped for the perfect holiday with friends and family, the whole year round, there is also plenty of space for storing golf clubs if you want to test out one of the many golf courses in the area. The apartment is set in beautifully maintained gardens and the communal pool is safely fenced. Parking is easily found on the street directly in front of the entrance to the apartment.
